This is the view I see everyday. I liked the diagonal and horizontal lines. I also thought it was interesting that it is sunny out, there is green grass, snow on the ground and dead leaves still on the trees so a little bit of every season.
Wednesday had such a beautiful Sunset! While enjoying it on my way to the Quarry, I saw this house and loved the colors and beauty on every plan I was seeing, the sun set, the house, the greenery, the fence. I wanted to show as much depth as I could so I centered the house between the trees in the foreground and took the photo through the fence.
This was taken late at night in the Law Building. Again the lines were interesting to me but also the symmetry. I loved the emptiness the photo has and how perfectly the painting fits at the end of the hallway.
There have been so many beautiful days recently. I took this while walking to work. It is more asymmetrical and right heavy I loved how pretty the mountains looked and the pop of the building against the sky. There is a lot of depth, the road seems to go on and on.

Photo 2 with the fence has a really nice overlap over most of the frame. It creates both a sense of flat and deep space. :D What's particularly striking is the red cabin/house in the center. Though red, it feels far off. Nice stuff.
ReplyDeleteI really like the 2nd and 3rd photo. The second photo looks like it's from the POV of someone who's trespassing or wanting to enter a forbidden space. And the law building is just gorgeous. I like how the lights and brown walls really emphasize how narrow the pathway is (or at least make it look really narrow).

ReplyDeleteI loved the second photo. I love the overlap with the fence and the background. I love how the barn is red because it really pops as well.
